Redevelopment of Nashville, a model?

The Urbanophile is a blog I enjoy. This recent post on Nashville struck me, certainly not necessarily because of any similarity between the City of Springfield and the topic environment, but because of the authors investigation/questioning of Why and How Nashville has begun such a noticeable comeback.  I was interested in his comment about the City’s self reflection/criticism and high expectations.  Useful in thinking about the development of our own ideas and redevelopment.
